At Diakrit, we want to make your experience as smooth as possible. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect everyone’s time and keep our schedules running efficiently for all our partners.
How it works
Free Cancellation We know that things can change. You are welcome to cancel without charge if you let us know:
- Via the Online Ordering System up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- By contacting Customer Solutions during Business Hours on the business day prior to the shoot.
If you need to cancel within 12 hours of the shoot, we apply a fee to help cover the travel and time allocated for your booking:
Same-day Cancellation | $100 (inc. GST) Applied to cancellations made on the same calendar day as the scheduled service (where the photographer is not yet on-site).
On-site Cancellation | $200 (inc. GST) Applied if the cancellation occurs after the photographer has commenced travel to the site or is already on-site.
Rescheduling Exception: We know that sometimes things don't go to plan on the day of a shoot. If bad weather or site issues mean you need to move your booking within 12 hours of the start time, we will waive the cancellation fee. This applies as long as a specific new date is confirmed at the time of the reschedule.
Note: Some parts of your booking cannot be changed in the shop yet. If your booking includes video, evening shoots or drone, just contact Customer Solutions and we will help manage the change for you.
