How do I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Before you start

  • Changes must be made at least 12 hours before your booking time
  • Evening, Drone or Video service can’t be changed online, please contact our Customer Solutions team.

Reschedule a booking

  1. Login to the shop
  2. Go to Orders
  3. Click your Order ID
  4. Click the green Reschedule button
  5. Select a new date and time in the calendar
  6. Click Proceed to confirm

Cancel a booking

  1. Login to the shop
  2. Go to Orders
  3. Click your Order ID
  4. Click the red Delete order button
  5. Confirm cancellation
