Before you start
- Changes must be made at least 12 hours before your booking time
- Evening, Drone or Video service can’t be changed online, please contact our Customer Solutions team.

Reschedule a booking
- Login to the shop
- Go to Orders
- Click your Order ID
- Click the green Reschedule button
- Select a new date and time in the calendar
- Click Proceed to confirm
Cancel a booking
- Login to the shop
- Go to Orders
- Click your Order ID
- Click the red Delete order button
- Confirm cancellation
