How do I place an order?

Log in to the Diakrit shop and hover your mouse over each package to see the package inclusions. Click Order on the package you wish to order.

Fill in all the property details correctly and accurately as these are used to determine the time on site for the Photographer and will also be displayed in the Social Video. 

You can select to have an SMS reminder sent the day before the photoshoot is booked in the tick box. This will be sent to the contact details listed as the point of contact for the order. You can also select to have a confirmation email of the booking and a confirmation email of the delivery in the tick box. This will be sent to the contact details listed as the point of contact for the order.

You can add another point of contact to the order (such as the Seller or Agent’s sale assistant) by clicking
Add new contact and filling out the details. They will also receive the reminder SMS the day before, and a confirmation and delivery email if you have selected those options in the tick box.

Under Product choices, you can select which additional photo and floorplan extras you would like to add to your order. The items greyed out are already included in your package at no additional charge.

Please note, additional photo and floorplan extras will incur a cost, including key collection. The prices can be seen when selecting the item’s tick box.

In the Comments section, use this comment box to inform photographers about any specific details of the property that relate to the photoshoot. The more information we have prior to the photoshoot, the better prepared we can be. This can include things such as any special angles you want us to capture, if the property has a dog, if the agent won’t be attending the photoshoot, if a certain room should be hidden etc.

Tick the box to confirm our Terms & Conditions and click Proceed.

Choose a date and preferred start time in the drop-down menus, or leave them as is and scroll down to view the calendar and photographer availability for the next 5 days. Under each photographer's name, click More times to view other times they are available that day. Click on your chosen date, time and photographer to select that booking and then click Proceed.

If there are products in your package that need special assistance, you can click Assisted booking and our Customer Solutions team will contact you to process the booking on your behalf. Once you select Assisted booking, this then places the order in the system where either you can contact our Customer Solutions team directly or they will contact you and they will have all of the details of the order. If you close out of this page before clicking Assisted booking, or click Contact Customer Solutions, this does not place the order in the system yet and our team will not have access to any of the order details.

If you don’t need to place an Assisted booking, then once you have completed the booking details click Proceed and you will get a receipt confirmation appear on screen, as well as a confirmation email if you have selected to receive one.

If there are products in your package that need special assistance to schedule into the calendar (ie evening photography) you will not be directed to the booking page, but instead an order receipt will appear on the screen. You will also receive a confirmation email if you have selected to receive one. Our Customer Solutions team will contact you to process the booking on your behalf, or you can contact them directly and quote your order receipt number.
