What is Aerial Panorama?
We are taking our Photo Panorama to new heights and giving buyers a bird's-eye view of the property and its surroundings. Beyond offering buyers a fresh perspective in a virtual-tour-like environment, we enhance each 360-degree image with Points of Interest (POIs) that highlight local landmarks, such as nearby schools, cafés, shopping centres, parks and coastal areas. This helps buyers instantly understand what it is like to live in the neighbourhood and the lifestyle the home offers, before coming to visit. Similar to our drone images, these POIs can be customised for each listing, and best of all, you can add, remove or rename your POIs any time in the Diakrit Shop.
How do I order it?
Once Aerial Panorama has been activated in your Shop, simply order a package that contains Photo Panorama and Aerial Panorama will be included. Place the order as you would normally, and you will see Aerial Panorama automatically ticked in the Products section of the booking form. Continue the ordering process as usual and proceed to the next page to book the photographer and complete the booking. At the shoot, our drone pilots will capture both the Aerial Panorama and Photo Panorama content.
How high will the drone images be above the property?
Our drone pilots fly drones up to 70m high.
What happens if the drone cannot be flown on the day of the shoot?
There are 2 reasons that may prevent our pilot from operating the drone - local flight restrictions or weather. If the property is in a no-fly zone, we will provide two additional interior photos as a replacement. In the event of bad weather (wind/rain), our on-site pilot will contact Customer Solutions to reschedule to a suitable day.
What is the delivery time?
Your Aerial Panorama will be delivered within 48 hours from the end of the photoshoot. In the Diakrit Shop, you will see two Panorama tabs - Photo Panorama and Drone Panorama. Both display the same link that contains both products.
Why does my Aerial Panorama link not include the Photo Panorama?
Both Panorama products have a turnaround time of up to 48 hours, though they may arrive separately. If you receive only one delivery email initially, no action is required — the second product is still on its way. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive a delivery email, and your 'Photo Panorama' link will automatically update to include both products. If you have already shared the link on your website, portals, or other integrations, the new content will seamlessly appear there too. There is no need to replace the link or make any manual changes.
How do the POIs work?
Our production team will deliver your Aerial Panorama with up to 10 POIs (plus the property pin), selected from categories like schools, parks, and shopping centres. If you want to make changes, you can easily add, remove, or edit these POIs yourself directly in the Diakrit Shop. Please refer to our guide here.
How many POIs should I have on my Aerial Panorama?
To ensure a clear and engaging user experience, we recommend a maximum of 10 POIs per image. Spacing them out helps users easily understand the neighbourhood and prevents text boxes from overlapping.
Can I add video links to the POIs?
Yes, you can add Vimeo and YouTube video links to a Video POI. For YouTube, click Share, then Embed - copy only this section of the code: https://www.youtube.com/embed/LEx8bo51vsw For Vimeo, click Share, then Embed - copy only this section of the code: https://player.vimeo.com/video/2682414 Using the links from the URL bar or the normal Share link will not work. To insert a video, follow the steps as you would to add/edit POIs on your delivered order. Right-click on the image where you want to add the POI and select the Video button. Paste the video link and click Save. Once your changes have been made, please allow up to 1 hour to be visible. These will be updated in the same Photo Panorama link that has already been delivered. The links never change.
Why can’t I see the changes I have made to the POIs?
Changes that you apply to your POIs can take up to 1 hour to become visible.
Do I need to do anything different with my integrations?
Aerial Panoramas will be provided in the 'Photo Panorama' link. All existing website and portal integrations will continue to function seamlessly without any required changes, while now benefiting from the added functionality of Aerial Panorama.
Is Aerial Panorama available for rentals?
No, currently Aerial Panorama is only available for sales packages.
