How do I order and collect my deliveries from VaultRE

Activating the Integration

Step 1

Contact the VaultRE support team to request the Diakrit Integration to be turned on.

Step 2

VaultRE will advise you to contact Diakrit for your API credentials.

To receive these credentials, please reach out to Diakrit’s Customer Solutions team and let them know which email address you’d like to use.

Please ensure this is a generic or admin email that will not be affected by employee turnover, and that you can reset the password if needed.

Customer Solutions will then coordinate with Diakrit’s IT team to create your API credentials. Once they’re ready, you’ll be notified.

 

Step 3

You will need to insert the Diakrit API details in the VaultRE system, under ‘Office Integrations’, then head to ‘Diakrit’.

Step 1 
Log in to VaultRE and find the listing you wish to book your Diakrit content for. 

 

Step 2 
On the Property page, navigate to the ‘Other’ tab and select ‘Diakrit’ in the dropdown menu.

Step 3
The Diakrit Shop will then launch in another window, with the listing details pre-filled in the order form.

Receiving your deliveries

Approximately 24 hours after the photoshoot, you will receive a confirmation email from Diakrit with the delivered content.

The photos and floor plans will show up as unpublished in the files section in Vault.
