Please see below for a short guide to help prepare a property for a sales campaign and how best to work with tenants to minimize the impact on their personal space whilst getting the best results for landlords.
When properties look like this though, they are clearly not ready for the photoshoot and can’t be shot in this state.
This means our photographers have to spend time cleaning and clearing the clutter, time which should be spent creating standout photos for your campaign.
To avoid this, let's all work together to achieve the best result for your property. Please see below for a list on how you can help to get your property ready:
- Preparation is key.
Communicate with the tenants well in advance, explain the process and what it means for them and their future.
- Photoshoot Checklist.
Make use of the handy photoshoot checklist we provide you within your marketing collateral. You can leave this with your tenant for reference
- Incentivise your tenants.
Talk to the vendor about the benefits of offering a financial incentive to the tenants. A well presented property will sell faster and for more money, so it’s a worthwhile investment. But remember to offer it for after the campaign.
