Service Level Agreement:
*For bookable products that require a professional supplier to be onsite, the delivery time commences when the supplier leaves the property. Delivery time is calculated during business days. For orders submitted during evenings or weekends, the delivery time commences at the start of the following Business days first Operating Business Hour. DIAKRIT does not deliver during weekends or public holidays.
**Corrections are conducted within operating business hours; 8:30-17:30 AEDT/AEST. The turnaround time commences when the correction is received by DIAKRIT. For corrections submitted after 13:30 AEDT/AEST the turnaround time will be stopped at the end of operating business hours, and recommence at 8:30 AM the next business day.
DIAKRIT always strives to deliver in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) specified here, however, reserves the right to deliver outside the agreed SLA, e.g. in respect of bulk orders or due to otherwise unforeseen circumstances as deemed by DIAKRIT.
